Ribemont wind farm

After completing a series of preliminary environmental studies, Iqony established contact with representatives of the municipality of Ribemont.

In 2016, Iqony began working with the Ribemont town council to prepare a project outline for a new wind farm.

Iqony performed a series of studies and analyses to check that constructing the Ribemont wind farm was feasible. The following points were examined between 2017 and 2020:

• Wind potential
• Flora and fauna
• Geological conditions
• Landscape
• Acoustics
• And more

The Ribemont wind farm is currently planned to be built with six wind turbines, designed to supply power to 15,000 French households.
